新氢压缩机轴瓦烧损的原因分析及对策

摘要

Aiming at the second main bearing of crankshaft burning damage in operating process of a diesel hydrogenation modification device of new hydrogen compressor in Karamay Petrochemical Corp. and the abrasion secondary accident caused in bearing in front end of motor, the paper had carried out the analysis of reasons,summarized the characterization phenomenon and the judgment stan-dard while the compressor main shaft burning,and made the effective countermeasures.%对克拉玛依石化公司某柴油加氢改质装置新氢压缩机运行过程中发生的曲轴第二主轴瓦烧毁事故和由其引发的电机前端轴瓦磨损次生事故进行了原因分析，总结出了压缩机主轴瓦烧毁时的表征现象和判断标准，制定出有效的对策措施。
