浅析某型舰用高压空压机排污装置的设计与计算

摘要

排污装置是高压空压机中必不可少的重要组成部分，常使用隔膜阀或电磁阀等来实现定时排污。近年来，工厂使用的隔膜阀逐渐减少，而用户反馈高压级使用的电磁阀故障不断增多，为了解决这个问题，有的已逐步使用气动阀来代替高压级的电磁阀，经耐久性试验和装机使用，运行灵敏可靠，已取得了良好的经济效益，值得推广应用。%Drainage device is the indispensable important component in high pressure air compressors,which often uses a diaphragm valve or solenoid valve to achieve timing blowdown. In recent years,with the use of diaphragm valve factory gradually reduced,and the users feedback stage high pressure solenoid valve fault more and more,in order to solve this problem,some of which have been gradually use pneumatic valve instead of high pressure stage of solenoid valve. After the durability test and installed to use,sensitive and reliable running,and has achieved good economic benefits,is worth popularization and application.
