往复压缩机的完整性管理

摘要

往复压缩机是石油、石化行业中重要的动力设备，其安全性与稳定性往往影响整套装置的运行。但是由于往复压缩机结构复杂、易损件多、管理不善等原因导致其故障率高居不下。提出的往复压缩机完整性管理，强调对设备运行全周期的运营与管理，有助于实现往复压缩机在其生命全周期功能完整与状态可控。%Reciprocating compressor is the important power equipment in petroleum and petrochemical industry. Its safety and stability always affects the normal running of petroleum and petrochemical unit. However, duo to complex construction, too much vulnerable component and poor management, which will result in high failure rate. The integrity management of reciprocating compressor is a more advanced management mode which is based on life-cycle management and operation of reciprocating compressor. It could be useful for keeping the complete function and controllable status of reciprocating compressor.
