压缩机工艺管制冷剂回收装置的优化

摘要

Aiming at the problems existing in the refrigerant recovery in compressor process pipe and the current using status of refrig-erant, the refrigerant recovery device was optimized. The optimized design increased puncture valve, high efficient water-cooled con-denser and a dry filter, which has avoided a sharp rising of temperature and pressure of refrigerant in recovery cylinder and the re-frigerant leaking. The recovery device will have the purifying function with the installed dry filter, which has improved the purity of the refrigerant and provides a guarantee for the secondary application of refrigerant.%针对压缩机工艺管制冷剂回收存在的问题和制冷剂的使用现状，对制冷剂回收装置进行了优化，优化后的回收装置增加了刺破阀、高效水冷冷凝器和干燥过滤器等设备，避免了制冷剂在回收钢瓶中压力和温度的急剧上升和制冷剂的泄漏，安装的干燥过滤器使回收装置兼有净化功能，提高了制冷剂纯度，为制冷剂的二次利用提供了保证。
