管子-管板角焊缝射线检测浅析

摘要

As the cooler for compressor auxiliary, it relates to the normal operation of compressor. However, the welding quality of pipe-tube sheet fillet weld is one of keys of controlling the quality of cooler. How to effectively control the quality of welding of pipe-tube sheet fillet weld is presented in the paper. The method, analysis of equipment and application referred in the radiation de-tection technology of the added pipe-tube sheet fillet weld requirements in the standard of "Nondestructive Testing of Pressure E-quipment" have verified that the detection method has certain significance for controlling the quality of pipe-tube sheet fillet weld.%作为压缩机辅机的冷却器关系到压缩机能否正常运行,而管子-管板角焊缝的焊接质量是冷却器质量控制的关键之一.那么如果有效的控制管子-管板角焊缝的焊接质量那?本文通过对"承压设备无损检测"标准中增加的管子-管板角焊缝射线照相技术要求中所涉及到的方法、设备的分析和应用验证了该检测方法对管子-管板角焊缝焊接质量控制存在的重大意义.
