用于流化床颗粒硅生产的循环氢压缩机拉缸原因分析与改善探讨

摘要

Recycle hydrogen compressor is one of the core equipments for hydrogen closed-loop in fluidized bed granular silicon pro-duction, which plays a crucial role for the stability in long term operation to reduce granular silicon production cost. The recycle hy-drogen compressor cylinder problem in fluidized bed granular silicon production is discussed,improvements have been proposed to-wards the three aspects of cylinder liner material, supporting ring pressure and different working conditions to guarantee the stablity for the long run.%循环氢压缩机是流化床颗粒硅生产中氢气闭路循环最核心的设备之一.其长周期稳定运行对降低颗粒硅生产成本,起到至关重要的作用.本文拟对流化床颗粒硅生产中循环氢压缩机出现的拉缸问题进行探讨,从缸套材质、支承环比压和不同工况受力分析3个方面针对性地提出改善措施,保证设备长周期的稳定运行.
