变频驱动离心压缩机常见故障分析

摘要

In this paper, the common faults of convertor driven centrifugal compressor in natural gas treatment during hot commission-ing and operation are summarized; the working principle of each system are analyzed. Solutions are proposed to provide references and decrease the cost of commissioning and maintenance for other centrifugal compressors.%针对天然气处理厂变频驱动管道压缩机热试车及运行过程中出现的故障进行总结,分析各系统工作原理并提出相应的解决方案,以期为其它项目的离心压缩机热试车以及日常维护运行提供参考,降低调试和维护成本.
