关于空调系统转子压缩机回油可靠性及优化的试验研究

摘要

The lubricating effect of oil has a great influence on the reliability of compressor, which was the key for long term stable of compressor. Through the experimental study on the pump oil in different load and different refrigerant volume, we can get the trend of the pump oil trends in two states. Finally, an experimental method is presented to verify the reliability of compressor's oil return. Through this method, the reason of compressor's oil shortage is verified and the optimization scheme of compressor is proposed.%润滑油的润滑效果对压缩机可靠性有较大的影响,润滑不良是导致转子式压缩机失效的主要因素;笔者通过对压缩机在不同负荷、不同冷媒量下的泵油情况进行实验研究,分别得出压缩机在两种状态下的泵油趋势,提出一种验证压缩机回油可靠性的试验方法,通过该方法验证出压缩机缺油故障原因并提出压缩机整改优化方案.
