往复压缩机缓冲罐疲劳强度分析是API 618标准中要求的分析内容,在API 618标准第四版中简称为M8分析.该分析要求计算缓冲罐及内件在脉动导致的不平衡力和压力引起的静态力作用下的交变应力,并按规范要求进行疲劳强度评估.鉴于在目前国内压缩机成撬设计过程中,对该项分析的应用还不太普遍,拟以某压缩机组的缓冲罐静、动态应力计算和疲劳强度评估为例,说明该分析方法的主要内容和过程,为国内压缩机组成撬设计实施该项分析提供一个技术参考.%Calculation of dyanmic and static stresses on pulsation suppressors and internals in reciprocating compressor packages is an analysis required by API 618 standard, and is referred as M8 analysis in API 6184th Edition. This analysis requires calculating the alternating stress under the action of pulsation-induced shaking forces and pressure-induced static forces of pulsation suppressors and internals, and then conducting fatigue strength assessment according to specifications. Considering that this analysis is not wide-ly implemented in domestic compressor package design, this paper proposes an example of such analysis to demonstrate the M8 anal-ysis procedure, which can be served as a technical reference for this analysis.
