通过提高扩散抑制心脏中的螺旋波和时空混沌

摘要

The suppression of spiral waves and spatiotemporal chaos in cardiac tissue is considered. Because there are several methods which can alter the diffusion coefficient of the cardiac tissue, the control method of enhancing diffusion coefficient is applied to suppress spiral waves and spatiotemporal chaos. We apply non-alternate and alternate ways to alter the diffusion coefficient. The numerical results show that when the related parameters are properly chosen the non-alternate control method can effectively suppress spiral wave. But it can not effectively suppress spatiotemporal chaos because the control effect depends on the control opportunity. However,the alternate control method can effectively suppress spatiotemporal chaos. It is found that the appearance of conduction block in homogeneous medium leads to the suppression of spiral wave and spatiotemporal chaos.%对心脏组织中的螺旋波和时空混沌的抑制进行了研究.因为有多种方法可以改变心脏组织的扩散系数,因此提出用提高扩散系数的方法来抑制螺旋波和时空混沌,并采用不交替和交替两种方式改变扩散系数.数值模拟结果表明:在适当选择控制参数下,以不交替方式提高扩散系数可以有效抑制螺旋波,但不能有效抑制时空混沌,因为控制效果依赖控制时机;采用交替方式提高扩散系数可有效抑制时空混沌,发现螺旋波和时空混沌被抑制是由于均匀介质中出现了传导障碍的缘故.
