农产品质量安全影响因素分析--基于DEMATEL和 QFD方法

摘要

采用定性与定量相结合，通过采用DEMATEL 法建立了影响农产品质量安全各个影响因素之间的全影响矩阵，并结合 QFD 进行了影响因素辨识与分析。结果表明：农产品进入市场途径、政府监管力度和居民消费意识是影响农产品质量安全的关键因素；农产品质量风险主要表现为生产链风险，产地环境质量和农产品安全加工技术是主要影响因素。%On the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis ,DEMATEL was used to build the all influence matrix which concludes the agricultural products quality safety factors .QFD was al‐so combined to provide the factors identification and analysis .Results showed that the key agri‐cultural products safety factors are the market access ,governmental regulation and consumption awareness .The agricultural products quality risks are mainly manifested on the production chain risks .Environmental quality of production area and agricultural products safety processing tech‐nology are the main influence factors .
