我国成人质变学习研究述评

摘要

成人质变学习作为成人学习的一种重要形式,在调动成人学习积极性、提高学习效率等方面发挥着不可或缺的作用。近年来,我国成人质变学习的研究主要是围绕成人质变学习的内涵本质、理论基础、本质、基本过程、影响因素、策略等方面展开的。回顾和总结了我国成人质变学习的研究成果,并对存在的问题提出了相应的改进建议。%As an essencial form of adult learning,adult transformational learning plays an indispensable role in mobilizing adult learners＇initiative and improving their learning efficiency.In recent years,adult transformational learning research develops centering on its essential connotation,theoretical foundation,essence,basic process,influencing factors,strategies and so on in our country.This paper reviews and summurizes the achievements of adult transformational learning research in our country,and puts forward to relevant improving suggestions about the existing problems.
