社区教育教师的关键事件技术开发研究

As a very special education group, community education teachers have the special performance and work ability. Critical incidents exist everywhere by different forms in our life and play a very important role in pro-moting individual development. Community education teachers should have the ability to handle Critical incidents skillfully. This paper focuses on helping the community education teachers to explore the use of critical incidents as an opportunity to achieve individual growth and development.%社区教育教师是一个非常特殊的教育群体，拥有特殊的工作特性和工作能力。关键事件对于个体发展有着非常重要的作用，生活中到处充满着关键事件的不同形态，社区教育教师应当拥有娴熟处理关键事件的能力，着重帮助社区教育教师探究如何利用关键事件的契机，实现自我成长与发展。
