舰艇作战模拟训练评估技术需求研究

摘要

To overcome the shortcomings of simulation-based warship operational training performance evaluation, a new solution for evaluation program is developed based on its characteristics. The purpose, connotation and content of operational training performance evaluation are presented, and its layered structure is analyzed. Furthermore, the technology requirements of simulation-based training performance evaluation for warship operations are proposed. These obtained results could provide some theoretic instructions for simulation-based training performance evaluation.%针对舰艇作战模拟训练评估的特点与不足,建立了一种新的评估方案.阐述了评估的目标、内涵及内容,剖析了问题的层次结构,进而提出了舰艇作战模拟训练评估的技术需求.研究结果可为完善模拟训练评估工作提供理论参考.
