摘要

Battle damage assessment is an important basis for army commander to make decision. Guide by carrying out the thought of System-destruction warfare under the informational condition, this article mainly studyiesd the procedure of army troops offensive combat. According to the US Army’ Three-section battle damage assessment method and the theory of net-work centric warfare, this paper introduces the procedure of three-level and four-section battle damage assessment model for army troops offensive combat, furthermore, it establishes the four-section fashion battle damage assessment index system and the mathematical model for the battle damage assessment for army troops offensive combat. All these will provide reference for commander to make scientific decision on how to carry out the thought of System-destruction warfare through battle damage assessment.%战斗效果评估是部队指挥员进行作战决策的重要依据。以信息化条件下贯彻体系破击战思想为指导，把陆军部队进攻战斗程序作为研究对象，借鉴美军的“三段式”作战效果评估方法和网络中心战有关理论，构建了陆军部队进攻战斗效果评估“三级、四段”式的方法步骤、“四段”式效果评估指标体系和效果评估数学模型，为指挥员通过效果评估科学决策如何贯彻体系破击战思想提供参考。
