基于多视图的能力差距全要素分析方法∗

摘要

The full⁃spectrum analysis method is created for capability gap based on Architecture Framework and multi⁃view theory. The paper analyses the influence on the operationla capability by virtue of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel and facility. The full⁃spectrum analysis method suppots the factor analysis, formality description and optimism adjusting in the course of project generating, and provides a new approach for putting formard the overall capability cap project.%基于体系结构框架的思想和多视图理论，提出了一种作战能力差距全要素分析方法。主要是从条令、组织、训练、武器装备、领导能力、人员和保障设施七个方面，对作战能力产生的影响进行分析。该方法有效地支持了需求方案生成过程中的要素分析、规范描述和权衡优化问题，为提出整体的能力差距解决方案提供新途径。
