指挥控制系统网络化作战能力评估方法

摘要

Along with appearance of the concept of network⁃centric warfare and the development of the technology of network and computer, network⁃based C3 I system becomes the research and development focus. In the interest of providing reference and basis for C3 I system while being developed and employed, starting from the proper and required capability of network⁃based warfare, a particular analysis on the network⁃based operational capability of C3 I system is presented. Then the evalua⁃tion index framework and evaluation model of network⁃based operational capability are propounded. Finally, this paper proves the solution by means of an instance.%随着网络中心战的提出以及网络和计算机技术的飞速发展，网络化指挥控制系统也成了研究和开发的热点。为了对网络化指挥控制系统的研发和使用提供参考和依据，从网络化作战所特有、特需的能力出发，详细分析了指挥控制系统的网络化作战能力，然后建立了网络化作战能力的评估指标体系和评估计算模型，最后通过一个实例证明了该方法的合理性和有效性。
