Aimming at the problem of independently tactical decision making during UCAV autonomous air combat, a meth⁃od based on fighter pilot experience in air combat is proposed. Firstly, to cope with the problem of the pilot experience is tac⁃it knowledge and hard to be expressed explicitly, a tacit knowledge representation method is given based on situation con⁃struction. Secondly, referencing the idea in the Naturalistic decision making theory that human make decision is mainly de⁃pendent on tacit system and deliberate system, an intelligent decision framework is designed, which is composed of two parts:1) a method of recognition primed situation based reasoning ( RPSBR) is developed to fulfil tacit decision making;2) based cloud model theory, a method of MAX⁃MIN uncertain reasoning is proposed to fulfil deliberate decision making. Exper⁃imental results demonstrate that the method RPSBR is efficient to reach the resuthe conclusion from the MAX⁃MIN uncer⁃tain reasoning method is the same with human involved in; reconstructing the air combat tactical knowledge set based on safety can shorten the runtime of decision making and meet requirement of real⁃time.%针对自主空战过程中无人作战飞机自主进行决策的问题,提出一种基于飞行员空战经验的智能战术决策方法。首先针对飞行员空战决策经验知识难以显化表示的问题,提出一种基于情境构建的经验型隐性知识表示方法;然后基于自然决策理论中人类决策是由直觉决策与分析决策综合作用的思想,设计UCAV智能决策框架:提出认知主导的情境推理方法实现直觉决策,提出云模型的定性规则推理方法实现分析决策。仿真结果表明:认知主导的情境推理方法能快速得出决策结果,MAX⁃MIN云推理决策方法得到的决策结果符合有人参与决策结果的逻辑,基于安全的空战知识集重构能改善决策时间,满足实时性要求。
