面向预定任务的舰船装备携行备件方案优化方法∗

         

摘要

When warship intends to sail and perform a scheduled mission independently, it is a basic work to formulate a reasonable project of equipment carrying spare parts in the preparation stage. The voyage mission success rate is analyzed and its calculation method is presented by associating the voyage mission of warship with subsystems of equipment. Considering the mission requirements, fund quota and warship’s loading constraints, a double objective optimization model of carrying spare parts for warship equipment is established faced on the scheduled mission. The optimal project for carrying spare parts of a supposed example is given by using the marginal algorithm to optimize the initial project progressively, and how to choice the optimal strategy to improve mission success rate is discussed. Result indicates that the method helps to use the limited re⁃sources effectively, and guarantees the mission success rate of warship voyage.%舰船远航独立地执行预定任务,合理制定装备携行备件方案是前期准备的一项基础性工作。通过将舰船出航任务与装备子系统关联,对出航任务成功率进行分析并给出了其计算方法。考虑任务要求、经费限额和承载约束的实际,建立了面向预定任务的舰船装备携行备件方案双目标优化模型。采用边际算法逐步优化初始方案,给出了想定算例的最优备件方案,并对提高任务成功率的策略优选问题进行了讨论。结果表明,该方法有助于有效使用所限定的资源,并保证舰船的任务成功率。
