针对目前我国舰载直升机保障能力评估方面存在数据不完整、评估指标权重不确定的问题，研究了基于目标满意度的舰载直升机保障能力评估方法。通过调研并参考陆基直升机的保障经验，构建了舰载直升机保障能力评估指标体系；在原始样本数据的基础上，以区间数形式给出权重范围，利用满意度模型对权重进行优化，最终得出评估结果，解决了在部分权重信息下、以满意度为评估目的的评估问题。实例分析表明：该方法实用性较强，适用于现阶段舰载直升机保障能力评估问题，具有一定的应用价值。%Considering the condition that the data is not complete and the weight of evaluation indexes is not confirmed dur⁃ing the evaluation of shipboard helicopter guarantee capability, the method of evaluation of shipboard Helicopter guarantee capability based on satisfaction degree of objectives is studied. The evaluation system of shipboard helicopter guarantee capa⁃bility is constructed on the basis of investigating and referring to guarantee experience of land⁃based helicopter. The boundary of weight is provided in the form of interval number based on initial sample data;the weight is optimized by the model of sat⁃isfaction, and the evaluation result is obtained. The problem of partial weight and evaluation purpose for satisfaction is solved. The analysis shows that the method is practical and has a certain value; moreover, the model is appropriate for research in indexes system in shipboard helicopter guarantee capability evaluation at this stage.
