基于SEM的近程反导舰炮武器系统作战能力评估

     

摘要

针对近程反导舰炮武器系统作战能力难以有效、准确评估的问题,以OODA环作战过程模型为框架,系统分析了近程反导舰炮武器系统工作流程,建立了近程反导舰炮武器系统评估指标体系,引入一种多变量统计评估方法——结构方程模型(SEM)方法,构建了一种近程反导舰炮武器系统作战能力评估模型.运用专家评估法采集所需样本数据,采用AMOS24.0软件进行模型参数估计和检验,得到了基于SEM的近程反导舰炮武器系统作战能力评估模型.经计算分析与验证表明,该评估模型是可接受的,能为近程反导舰炮武器系统的装备采办和现役装备的作战能力评估提供参考,也可为其他武器系统作战能力评估提供一种可行的技术途径.%Aiming at the problem in effective and accurate the combat capability evaluation of short range antimissile naval gun system( SRANGS) , in view of the framework of OODA loop combat procedure model, analyzing the working process of SRANGS, the paper constructs the evaluation index system for SRANGS, and establishes a combat capability evaluation model by introducing a multiple variable statistics evaluation method—Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ) . Via gathering sampling data with expert evaluation method, evaluating and verifying the model parameters with AMOS24. 0 software, the combat capability evaluation model of SRANGS based on SEM is obtained. Through the numerical analysis and verification, the conclusion suggests that the model for SRANGS is acceptable. This result provides the reference for equipment purchase and combat capability evaluation of SRANGS, but also a viable technological approach for combat capability evaluation of other weapon systems.
