In order to clarify and confirm the contractual and functional requirement of the weapon systems, this article proposed a requirement specifies method of weapon systems for the ConOps (Concept of Operations) based on OPM (Object-Process Methodology).The method established the ConOps of threat-oriented weapon system, and stepwise refine the system object and detailed configuration of the requirement by OPM.Then the article also implement V & V (verification and validation) to the OPM model by the simulation and execution progress.The method significantly ensures the correctness and consistency of requirement specifications.At last, the article will show a case of UAV-based anti-missile defense system to demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.%为明确武器系统的结构和功能需求,提出了基于对象过程方法论(OPM)作战概念的武器系统需求确定研究方法.该方法通过构建面向威胁的武器系统作战概念,以OPM方法逐层展开来展示系统的目标及具体需求配置,最后对模型进行推演得到初步验证和校核,有效地保证需求规格的正确性和一致性.以无人机反导防御系统作为案例,说明了该方法的有效性.
