基于多级优度评价方法的导弹武器系统效能评估

         

摘要

To satisfy the highest efficiency or missile weapon, system is selected from a plurality of missile weapon system, the first use of multi-level extension superiority evaluation method proposed in the study, starting from the multi-level evaluation of missile weapon system effectiveness, comprehensive evaluation of missile weapon system effectiveness.By introducing the correlation function, characterization of missile weapon system effectiveness evaluation index to meet the requirements of the degree of correlation calculation and standard correlation, calculate the goodness and goodness of missile weapon system effectiveness evaluation at all levels, can help decision-makers choose the efficiency optimization value of missile weapon system most provide a new way.%为了从多个导弹武器系统中选择效能最高的导弹武器系统,采用可拓学中提出的多级优度评价方法,从评估导弹武器系统效能的多级评价指标出发,对导弹武器系统的效能进行全面评价.通过引入关联函数,刻画导弹武器系统效能的评价指标满足要求的程度,计算关联度和规范关联度,计算出各级评价指标的优度和导弹武器系统效能的优度,为辅助决策者选出效能优度值最大的导弹武器系统提供一个新途径.
