纯方位目标运动分析对观测平台运动方式依赖性较强以及系统的非线性特性,其性能与应用需求还存在较大差距.提出一种在观测平台不机动时求解目标相对航向、在观测平台机动后求解初始距离和速度的分段建模计算方法,并进行了运动参数可解性和病态分析,提出了一种适应该算法的观测平台机动策略,从理论上得到了可解条件和克服病态的方法.该算法特点是所建立的最小二乘方程的维数较低,并且只要求观测平台机动一次即可有较好的效果,降低了对本艇机动的依赖程度.%This paper puts forward a discerption steps modeling algorithm,which solves firstly the target's relative course be-fore own submarine maneuver and secondly the target's distance and other parameters after own submarine maneuver, and an-alyzes a solvability and morbid condition, a solvable condition and method to overcome morbidity are obtained in theory. This algorithm,in which there is least square equations with less dimensions,requires own submarine to maneuver only once and is different from traditional twice maneuver method and solving algorithm.
