一种防爆电器超前开盖断电装置的设计

摘要

Gas Explosion can be caused by opening the wiring chamber when powering for flameproof electrical apparatus.A leading cover opening sensor for flameproof electrical apparatus is designed.The leading cover opening sensors will alarming before explosion when opens charged wiring chamber.And then power tripping and locking out before sparks,which can reduce the probability of accidents happening.%针对煤矿井下低压防爆电器因违章作业带电打开接线腔而引起瓦斯爆炸事故,设计了一种超前开盖断电装置。该装置当带电开盖在未失爆前,即可通过传感器进行报警,使上级开关跳闸断电并闭锁,可降低事故发生的概率。
