变频电动机在综采工作面刮板输送机的应用

摘要

分析比较了综采工作面刮板输送机采用的几种启动调速方式，即：普通异步电动机高低速转换、TTT（阀控调速型液力偶合器）、CST（可控传动装置）、变频电动机的启动方式，重点介绍变频电动机在现场的调试和运行中存在的问题及解决方案。实际应用表明，变频电动机驱动的综采工作面刮板输送机运行功能为优。%Analyzes the high and low speed conversion by common asynchronous motor, TIT, CST coupling and variable frequency motor start method of scraper conveyor at fully mechanized coal face. The problems and solved proposal of variable frequency motor are introduced on spot test and operation. The practical application shows that the operation function is good of variable frequency motor.
