In order to improve the density of the low rank coal water slurry abilities and the efficiency of the gasifier,to reduce the coal consumption of the syngas and the oxygen consumption and to improve the service life of the nozzles in the gasifier,three kinds of low rank coals from No.1 and No.2 of Hongshaquan Mine and Wucaiwan Mine were chosen to prepare coal water slurry by classified grinding technology,and compared with the conventional slurry preparation technique with a single grinde.The results showed that by using conventional slurry preparation technique with a single grinde,the concentration of three low rank coals were 55.18% 、51.93% and 55.28%;while by using classified grinding technology,the concentration of three low rank coals were 58.32% 、54.94% and 58.43%,we found that the coal water slurry concentration increased by three percent,so as to reduce the cost of production and improve the market competitiveness of the coal chemical company.%为提高低阶煤成浆浓度和气化炉效率,降低合成气的煤耗和氧耗,延长气化炉烧嘴使用寿命,以神华新疆红沙泉1号、2号和五彩湾3种低阶煤为原料,采用分级研磨技术对其进行成浆性试验研究,并与传统单磨机制浆工艺进行了对比.结果表明:若采用传统单磨机制浆工艺,3种低阶煤的成浆浓度分别为55.18%、51.93%和55.28%,采用分级研磨工艺,成浆浓度分别为58.32%、54.94%和58.43%,分级研磨技术可使水煤浆浓度较传统单磨机制水煤浆工艺提高3个百分点以上,从而可以降低生产成本,显著提高企业的市场竞争力.
