L 型钻孔地面预注浆技术在煤矿井下巷道加固工程中的应用

摘要

L型钻孔地面预注浆技术将传统的地面预注浆技术与先进的定向钻进技术相结合，利用地面预注浆压力大的优点，在井下水平巷道开挖前，从地面对其进行超前加固，从而提高围岩稳定性，降低开挖支护难度，节省开挖支护工期。在介绍L型钻孔地面预注浆技术特点的基础上，阐述了该技术在信湖煤矿的应用情况，并对其关键施工装备进行了总结。%Combining traditional surface pre-grouting technology and advanced directional drilling technology , the technology of surface pre-grouting with L-style drill-hole can take advantage of large surface pre-grouting pressure , improve surrounding rock stability , reduce excavation difficulty and save construction time by advanced reinforcement on surface before underground horizontal roadway is excava -ted.On the basis of analyzing technical characteristic of surface pre-grouting with L-style drillhole , this paper introduced its application in Xinhu Colliery and summarized its key construction equipments.
