基于数值模拟分析的巷道支护设计

     

摘要

Base on the background of the excavation in the mining gateway of 2610 fully mechanized coal mining face in Dongpang Mine of Hebei Jinneng Group,with the excavation and support of the finite differential method simulated mining gateway and with the no failure as the target function for the bolt and anchor in the surrounding rock.The optimized design was conducted for the initial support parameters and the rational support parameters were obtained.The simulation results showed that with the optimized support parameter for the mining gateway support,the deformation of the surrounding rock was highly reduced and the integration of the surrounding rock was improved.Good results were obtained from the actual practices and could be a practical design method for the design of the mining gateway support.%以河北金能集团东庞矿2610综采工作面顺槽开挖为背景,用有限差分法模拟巷道的开挖和支护,以围岩中锚杆和锚索不发生破坏为目标函数,对初始支护参数进行优化设计,从而获得合理的支护参数.模拟结果表明,采用优化后的支护参数对巷道进行支护,围岩变形大大降低,围岩完整性增加.在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,为煤巷支护设计提供了一种可行的设计方法.
