上市煤炭企业技术效率与规模效率实证研究

摘要

The listed coal production enterprises represent the highest level of Chinese coal industry production enterprises,this paper analyzed the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 31 listed logistics enterprises by using the DEA model.By analysis this paper draw a conclusion that the technical efficiency of the listed coal enterprises was low in overall,and further analysis found that the main cause was the low scale efficiency of listed coal enterprises.The returns to scale characteristics of listed coal enterprises showed that the returns to scale increasing or decreasing was no significant correlation with the fixed asset size.Therefore,the first problem to be solved by the coal enterprises was how to improve the level of scale efficiency.%文章以DEA模型为工具,对31家上市煤炭生产企业的技术效率与规模效率进行实证分析.通过研究发现,上市煤炭企业技术效率总体偏低,进一步分析发现规模效率偏低是导致上市煤炭企业技术效率不高的主要原因；而从上市煤炭企业规模报酬特征来看,规模报酬递增或递减与固定资产规模大小无显著相关关系.因此对于煤炭企业来说,如何进一步提高规模效率水平是当前要解决的首要问题.
