煤矿风险预控本质安全管理体系建设与应用

摘要

The paper analyzed a historical development process of the intrinsic safety management system,summarized the development conditions of the intrinsic safety management system in coal mine enterprises at home and abroad and in detail stated the basic mode of the risk pre-control management,pre-control measures and the actual application in coal mine.An access to develop the mine intrinsic safety management system was provided and thus the mine safety production could be more reliably guaranteed.%文章分析了本质安全管理体系的历史发展进程,总结了国内外煤矿企业本质安全管理体系的建设情况,详细阐述了风险预控管理的基本模式、预控措施和在煤矿的实际应用,提出了建设煤矿本质安全管理体系的途径,从而更可靠地保障煤矿安全生产.
