声波测试技术在巷道围岩松动区测定中的应用

         

摘要

为了解决黄陵二矿巷道开挖过程中根据围岩松动圈的变化对支护长度进行调整的问题,对声波测试技术进行简要的理论分析,认为单孔折射法适合于巷道围岩松动圈的测定。围岩的破碎程度是研究巷道围岩稳定性的重要内容,依据据声波测试的基本原理,利用声波测试仪RSM-SY5N,在不同钻孔深度位置测出岩石的弹性波速度,改变探头深度并读取弹性波速度,直至波速不再改变为止;做出深度-波速曲线,根据测得的波速值的变化分析得到松动圈数值的大小并通过监测数据的提取找出声波测试存在的问题。%In order to adjust supporting length according to the change of surrounding rock loosened circle during roadway excavation in Huangling Coal Mine, theoretical analysis of acoustic testing is carried out, which comes to a conclusion that single hole refraction method was suitable for the test of roadway surrounding rock loosened circle. The broken degree was an important research content of surrounding rock stability. According to the basic theory of acoustic testing, RSM-SY5N tester is applied to get the loosened zone size. First, the elastic wave velocity of the rock was measured in different depth by changing the probe position until the wave velocity stabilized. Then the wave velocity-depth curve was drawn to decide the loosened area. Finally, the loosened circle data was obtained based on the velocity variation, and problems of acoustic wave test were extracted according to monitoring data.
