我国煤电联营发展情况分析和措施建议

摘要

In order to realize effective integration of coal and power industry, and to form the coordinated development mode of complementary advantages and risk hedging, and based on development course and present situation of coal joint venture in China, experiences, problems and the necessity for further promotion of coal-power joint venture was analyzed, and the development trend was prospected. On the basis of comparative analysis for 6 kinds of coal-power joint venture mode, the future promotion mode for China was proposed, along with the measures and suggestions for the development of coal-power joint venture.%为了研究煤电联营（一体化）协调发展模式，在对我国煤电联营发展历程、现状进行系统梳理的基础上，总结分析了煤电联营取得的经验、存在问题和继续推进的必要性，展望了煤电联营发展趋势，在对比分析6种煤电联营模式基础上，提出了适合我国下一步推广的模式，并提出促进煤电联营发展的措施建议。
