米箩煤矿快速投产开拓优化设计

摘要

In order to realize production in advance for coalmine, an optimum design was carried out on the original development scheme. An improvement scheme was proposed combining with mountain area terrain, transportation adit, air return adit, floor gas drainage roadway and auxiliary open-off were designed. The practice shows that the optimized design enable both the floor drainage gateway and coal face gateway to tunnel quickly, which only took 2 years and 2months to finish, ten months ahead of the schedule, shortened payback period, offer enormous economic.%为了实现米箩煤矿快速投产，对原开拓设计方案进行了优化。通过分析原设计的不足，提出了改进方案，利用煤矿的山区地形条件，设计了措施运输平硐、措施回风平硐、底板瓦斯巷和辅助切眼。实践证明，优化后的设计，实现了底板瓦斯巷及工作面两巷的快速掘进，矿井投产时间仅用26个月，比预计时间提前了10个月，缩短了矿井投资回收期，产生了巨大的经济效益，可为同类型复杂地形条件下的山区矿井设计提供借鉴。
