微震监测仪器工作于井下,井下环境较为复杂,常有泥沙、岩石、泥浆等杂质。为提高微震监测仪器推靠装置在井下动作的精度,提出了一种基于模糊PID的自适应控制方法,该算法可在线优化输出比例因子,有效的改善了系统的控制品质。通过Matlab软件下的Simulink平台对传统PID控制系统和模糊PID自适应控制系统进行了仿真分析和研究,结果表明模糊PID自适应控制系统工作稳定,响应速度快,超调量小,可以较好的满足微震监测仪器推靠装置控制需求。%As microseismic monitoring instrument is often used in underground coal mine where the working conditions is complicated including sand, rock, mud and other impurities. In order to increase the moving accuracy of the pushing device, an adaptive control method based on fuzzy PID is proposed. This algorithm can optimize the output scaling factor online, improve the control quality of the system. Simulation analysis and research of the traditional and Fuzzy system are carried out using Simulink platform of Matlab software. The results show that the Fuzzy system is stable, fast responsive with small overshoot, which can satisfy the control requirements for pushing device of microseismic monitoring instrument.
