收集分析了桑树坪煤矿3105综采面矿压监测资料,计算了液压支架的初撑力、工作阻力和循环末阻力等分布特征值,发现该工作面支架受力各特征值偏小;进一步分析工作面的地质资料得知,距煤层顶板10m处的位置存在21m厚的石英砂岩,该岩层属厚硬岩层;建立了支架-围岩相互作用模型,进一步探讨支架工作状态与厚硬顶板之间的关系。结果表明:正常回采时,由于厚石英砂岩抗弯曲能力强,基本顶下沉不明显,认为支架只承载直接顶的载荷;周期来压时,由于基本顶厚硬和采空区充填充分,基本顶给定变形量小,致使工作面来压强度小。研究结果对同类条件下的液压支架设计和综采面矿压管理具有指导意义。%The ground pressure monitoring data is collected and analyzed in No. 3105 fully-mechanized working face of Sangshuping coal mine. The distribution characteristic values, including initial support force, the working resistance, the late resistance etc. , are calculated, which are relatively small. According to geological data of the working face, a 21-meter-thick quartz sandstone is 10 meters away from the coal seam roof, which belongs to hard-and-thick strata. The support-rock interaction model is established to study the relationship between the working condition of hydraulic support and hard-and-thick strata. The results show that during the normal mining, due to the counter-bending property of thick quartz sandstone, the basic roof subsides hardly. The support bears the load of immediate roof approximately. During periodic weighting, due to the thick-hard basic roof and sufficiently filled goaf, the given deformation of basic roof is small, leading to small weighting intensity in working face.
