保德煤矿8#煤层护巷煤柱合理宽度的确定

         

摘要

针对保德煤矿8#煤层水平应力大,采用宽度为35m的护巷煤拄仍难以保障巷道的稳定性,同时使煤炭的采出率和经济效益降低的问题,在8#煤层顶板结构及地质条件基础上,采用理论研究、数值模拟、现场测试相结合的方法,得出8#煤层护巷煤柱采用留小煤柱的方法,即采用宽度为12m的护巷煤柱.通过松动圈测试试验结果分析表明:留设12m护巷煤柱宽度效果较好.该方法确定的煤柱宽度科学、可靠,为保德煤矿护巷煤柱合理宽度的确定提供了科学依据,保证了8#煤层的安全高效开采,经济效益显著提高.%In view of the large horizontal stress in No.8 coal seam of Baode Coal Mine,it is still difficult to ensure the stability of the roadway by adopting the coal pillar with width of 35m,which also reduces the recovery rate and economic benefit of coal resources.Based on the roof structure and geological conditions of No.8 coal seam,theoretical research,numerical simulation and on-site test were carried out to obtain the small coal pillar scheme for roadway protection in No.8 coal seam,that is,adopting the 12m coal pillar.Loose ring test results show that:the effect of 12m coal pillar is better.Pillar width determined by the method is scientific and reliable,and provides a scientific basis for determining the reasonable width of the coal pillar in Baode Coal Mine,which ensures the safe and efficient mining of seam No.8 coal seam,and significantly improves the economic benefits.
