以兖州煤田的济宁三号煤矿地质条件为背景,针对煤巷综掘迎头掘进施工中的片帮带来的安全问题,提出了综掘工作面帮部前探梁临时支护的结构设计,同时配套形成对应的安装工艺.实践表明,该技术可有效避免矿工在掘进迎头锚网作业期间片帮带来的安全隐患,提高巷道掘进效率,并在兖州矿区推广应用.%Based on the geological conditions of Jining No. 3 Coal Mine in Yanzhou Coalfield, in order to solve the rib spalling in tunneling construction of coal roadway fully mechanized tunneling face, we proposed structure design of temporary support with rib front beam for fully mechanized tunneling face, and the corresponding installation process. The practice showed that, the technology effectively avoided the potential safety hazard caused by rib spalling during tunneling the bolt-meshing operation in tunneling face, and improved the tunneling efficiency. The technology has been gradually popularized and applied in the Yanzhou Mining Area.
