特厚松散含水层下提高开采上限可行性研究

         

摘要

为提高谢桥矿1202(1)工作面资源回收率,利用理论计算及钻孔探测等方法确定出垮落带最大高度为15.12m,裂隙带最大高度为52.78m,并初步确定提高开采上限安全可行.同时,利用数值模拟方法模拟邻近煤层工作面开采影响下上覆含水层水体渗流规律.研究表明,开采上限提高后,裂隙带裂隙将与上部含水层连通,在保护层和采空区覆岩压实作用下,含水层水体主要流向底部松散区域,对工作面影响有限.提高开采上限安全可行,现场共解放呆滞煤量3.4万t,取得了显著的技术经济效益.%In order to improve the resource recovery of 1202(1)working face in Xieqiao Coal Mine,the maximum height of the caving zone is 15.12m,and the maximum height of fissure zone is 52.7m according to the theoretical calculation and borehole detecting,and it is preliminarily determined that it's safe and feasible to extend the mining upper limit.Numerical simulation is applied to simulate water seepage rule in the overlying aquifer under the influence of adjacent coal seam mining.Numerical simulation study shows that the fissure zone cracks will be connected with the upper aquifer after extending the mining limit,and water in the loose aquifer will mainly flow into the loose region at the bottom and the influence on the working face is limited under the action of protective layer and goaf strata compaction.It is feasible to extend the mining upper limit in the field practice,and the economic benefit is remarkable with 34000t additional coal reserves.
