复杂条件下不规则工作面缩采技术

     

摘要

Aiming at the large pressure of broken roof and the difficult withdrawing of support neat the shrinkage mining area of V9-10-22170 fully mechanized working face air return way in Pingdingshan Mining Industry No.6 Mine,in the process of shrinkage mining two supports were withdrawn at one-time,the working face shrinkage mining,support withdrawing preparation,support withdrawing and installation technology were studied.The results show that this method not only can effectively control the roof,but also speeds up the advancing speed in broken roof area working face,achieving good economic benefits.%针对平煤六矿戊9-10-22170综采工作面风巷在接近缩采区段时,顶板压力大且破碎、支架的回撤难度较大等问题,在回采过程中采取了一次性回撤2架支架的方法进行缩采,并研究了工作面缩采技术、工作面出架准备工作、工作面出架技术以及工作面装架技术等.结果表明:该技术不仅可以有效控制顶板,而且加快了顶板破碎区域工作面的推进度,取得了良好的经济效益.
