斜井井筒明槽开挖转暗硐交接处掘进及支护技术

     

摘要

为了保障斜井明槽段开挖转暗硐掘进施工的安全,解决斜井施工过程中明槽开挖转暗硐掘进和支护难题,结合天河煤矿表土层和风化基岩段的地质条件以及以往在斜井施工的成熟经验,混合斜井明槽转暗硐交接处井筒掘进采用管棚法超前支护、"U29型钢棚+钢筋混凝土砌碹"永久支护,短掘短支同时配合超前小井降水.研究了明槽转暗硐施工过程中的明槽开挖、门脸处加固、巷道掘进及架棚支护、混凝土砌碹等技术.结果表明,混合斜井明槽转暗硐交接处井筒的支护参数、支护效果、稳定性和可靠性都达到了设计要求,满足了矿井的安全生产要求.%In order to guarantee the safety at the junction of open channel excavation and blind tunnel construction in inclined shaft,and solve the problems of tunneling and supporting,combining with the geological conditions of topsoil and weathered bedrock section Tianhe Coal Mine,as well as mature experience of inclined shaft construction,a supporting scheme was applied comprising pipe-shed advance support,"U29 type steel shed + reinforced concrete arching" permanent support,short-distance driving and supporting accompanied with pilot shaft dewatering.The technologies of open channel excavation,front reinforcement,roadway tunneling,pipe-shed support and concrete arching etc.,in the junction construction of open channel to blind tunnel,were studied.The results show that,supporting parameters,supporting effect,stability and reliability of the tunnel meet the requirements of the coal mine safe production.
