基于井下定向钻孔的煤层底板水害防治技术研究

         

摘要

针对常规钻孔注浆加固-改造技术固有的局限性,提出采用定向钻孔进行底板水害防治的方法,对钻孔设计、钻孔施工和钻孔注浆技术进行了研究.在河南焦作赵固一矿进行了现场应用,结果表明:钻孔设计合理,钻进施工顺利,注浆加固-改造效果显著,有利保障了工作面安全回采,定向钻孔注浆加固-改造方法能够实现矿井底板水害超前区域防治,可为相似条件矿区底板水害防治提供借鉴作用.%In view of the limitations of conventional borehole grouting reinforcement,this paper proposed a method of water disaster prevention and control using directional drilling in coal seam floor,and studied the borehole design,borehole construction and borehole grouting technology.The technology was applied in Zhaogu No.1 Coal Mine Jiaozuo Henan,the results show that the design was reasonable,the drilling construction went well,and the grouting effect was remarkable,which ensured the safe mining of working face.The water disaster from coal seam floor can be prevented and controlled in advance through directional borehole grouting.
