条带式充填开采矿房煤柱设计方法研究

         

摘要

结合工程实例,探讨分析深埋煤层条带式充填开采矿房煤柱布置中巷道宽度,巷间煤柱宽度,巷间煤柱个数和隔离煤柱宽度等参数之间的相互影响关系,计算出巷间煤柱安全系数和隔离煤柱宽度及安全系数;对开采区间上方压力拱稳定性进行分析,得出压力拱拱腹和拱脚是其稳定性的关键,并计算拱腹和拱脚的安全系数;根据条带式开采布置方式推导出开采率和充填率的计算公式,并计算28种巷道和煤柱布置方案的开采率和不同充填系数下的充填率.最终,根据巷道宽度、巷间煤柱宽度和个数、隔离煤柱宽度、煤柱稳定性、压力拱稳定性以及开采率和充填率等参数对28种布置方案进行比选,推荐满足适用性、稳定性和经济性的合理方案.%The interaction relationship between parameters is discussed combining with engineering example,for stripe mining mining room pillar arrangement in deep-buried coal seam,including roadway width,width and number of inter-roadway coal pillar,barrier coal pillar width.The inter-roadway safety coefficient was calculated,so was the barrier coal pillar width and safety coefficient.Stability of mining interval above the pressure arch was analyzed,which indicated arch soffit and foot of the pressure arch were the key to its stability,so the safety coefficients of arch soffit and foot were calculated.According to the stripe mining arrangement,the formulas for production rate and filling rate was deduced,and the mining rate under 28 arrangement schemes of roadway and coal pillar,as well as the filling rate under different filling coefficient were calculated.At last,the 28 schemes was compared according ot roadway width,width and number of inter-roadway coal pillar,barrier coal pillar width,coal pillar stability,pressure arch stability,mining rate and filling rate,etc.,and the reasonable scheme was recommend considering applicability,stability and economy.
