新常态下我国国有煤炭企业转型发展探讨

摘要

为探寻国有煤炭企业逆境中求生存谋发展的出路,分析了新常态下我国煤炭产业的特征和发展趋势;探讨了我国国有煤炭企业在转型发展过程中存在的问题;提出了新常态下我国煤炭企业在逆境中转型发展的思路、方式和措施.分析后指出:转型升级是国有煤炭企业逆境中求生存谋发展的出路,需要从企业战略、产业结构、体制机制、创新发展等各个方面"组合出击",与开放竞争性的市场化接轨,实现企业质量效益型的可持续发展.%To explore development path for state-owned coal enterprises in adversity,the paper analyzes the characteristics and development trend of China′s coal industry under the New Normal;discusses the problems of state-owned coal enterprises in China during the transformation development;puts forward the ideas,ways and measures of the transformation development in adversity.Finally,the paper points out transformation and upgrading is the development path for state-owned coal enterprises in adversity,which requires efforts in reform of enterprise strategy,industrial structure,institutional mechanism,innovation,etc.,as well as the integration with open market,so as to achieve sustainable development of quality-benefit type enterprise.
