煤泥浮选设备发展综述

摘要

In this paper,the principle of common slime flotation equipment in China and in overseas were briefly introduced and compared from the coal flotation mechanism based on the summary of performance characteristics,the principle of floating coal was analyzed.Specially,the technological features of XJM-S type mechanical flotation machine were analyzed.And based on the production data of several coal preparation plants,it was pointed out that,the XJM-S type mechanical flotation machine was of better adaptability to the high content of difficult-floated and fine coal slime in our country.%介绍了国内外常见煤泥浮选设备的工作原理,对各自性能特点进行了概括性评述,并从分析浮游选煤过程的实质出发,比较了国内外浮选设备的工作原理差异,重点分析了XJM-S型机械搅拌式浮选机的工艺特点,并结合现场的生产数据,指出与其他浮选机相比机械搅拌式浮选机对煤质的适应性更好,更能适应我国难浮煤泥多、细泥含量高的特点.
