基于费用效率的单斗挖掘机和自卸卡车配套研究

摘要

针对目前露天煤矿单斗挖掘机和自卸卡车的配套研究存在技术性和经济性未能有机结合,以及各备选方案之间不能定量比较的问题,引入设备组合能力指数和年折算费用,通过计算各备选方案的费用效率,有效解决了配套研究过程中设备技术先进性和经济合理性脱节的问题,并实现了各备选方案比选结果的量化,从而保证了单斗挖掘机和自卸卡车的最佳匹配.%The current research on combination of excavator and truck failed to integrate the technical and economic factors,and the various alternative options cannot be quantitatively compared.To this end,the equipment combination ability index and annual conversion cost were introduced in this paper,by calculating the cost efficiency,which integrated the technical advancement and economic rationality in the matching,and quantified the scheme comparison results,so as to ensure the optimal match of excavator and truck.
