EBH315型掘进机在加拿大墨玉河煤矿大坡度全岩巷道中的应用

摘要

介绍了加拿大墨玉河煤矿地质情况,分析了主井大坡度全岩巷掘进存在的技术难点,提出了以EBH315型掘进机为龙头的设备配套及施工方案,并结合墨玉河煤矿特殊施工要求进行了技术改进,总结了EBH315型掘进机在加拿大墨玉河大坡度全岩巷道中的应用实践.该研究可为类似条件下提高大坡度岩巷掘进效率的方法选取提供经验.%The geological condition of Murrey River Coal-Mine was introduced,the technical difficulties in the whole-rock tunnel with steep slope was analyzed and the equipment and construction scheme based on EBH315 type road-header was proposed,which was optimized according to the special constructionrequirements of Murrey River Coal-Mine.The application of EBH315 type road-header in the whole-rock tunnel with steep slope in Canadian Murrey River Coal-Mine was summarized.The study can provide experience for improving the efficiency of steep slope excavation under similar conditions.
