切顶卸压留巷巷道矿压显现规律及顶板控制研究

     

摘要

基于神东矿区哈拉沟煤矿12201综采工作面切顶卸压留巷工艺实践,对切顶卸压留巷巷道矿压显现规律及顶板控制措施进行总结.实践表明:一次采动期间,当工作面留巷100m,巷道基本趋于稳定,可以回撤支护单体;通过增加12201运输巷单体支护强度、采取保护顶板锚索完好性措施、加密副帮玻璃钢锚杆支护密度等措施后,留巷段巷道围岩得到有效控制.二次采动期间,留巷巷道超前压力影响范围不大于25m,压力峰值位置距离工作面约10m;留巷巷道采取DW28-400/110型、DW25-400/110型两种单体支护,单体排距0.6m,每排6根,超前支护距离30m的支护方案是合理的.%Based on production practice of 12201 working face in Halagou Coal Mine Shendong mine area,mine pressure behavior and roof control measures were analyzed for gob-side entry retaining formed by roof cutting and pressure relief face.The results show that during the first mining,when the advancing distance is 100m,the roadway is basically stable and the support can be retreated.The surrounding roadway rock of 12201 is controlled effectively by increasing support strength,protecting roof anchor integrity and reinforcing glass bolt support.During the second mining,the influence range of lead pressure in left lane in within 25m and the peak position is about 10m.The support scheme of retained roadway is reasonable,using DW28-400/110 and DW25-400/110 type single support,with 30m of advance support distance,0.6m of single row spacing,and 6 supports for each row.
