编制煤炭矿区总体规划的影响因素分析探讨

摘要

Affected by multiple factors,the coal mining area overall plan preparation,review,modification and approval lasts for a long period,based on the preparation experience of 8 overall plans in Xinjiang Province,aiming at the common problems in plan preparation,including the inadequate depth of geological summary report,unclear planning principle,etc.,from the perspective of project management and design,several key problems were analyzed and discussed for coal mining area overall plan preparation,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed based on the difficulties encountered and experience obtained.%受多方因素影响,煤炭矿区总体规划编制、审查、修改、批复周期较长,结合新疆8部总体规划参编经验,针对矿区地质总结报告编制深度不足、规划原则不清晰及其他规划中经常遇到的问题,从项目管理和设计角度,对影响煤炭矿区总体规划编制的几个关键问题进行了分析和探讨,以实际案例分享遇到过的困难、取得的经验,提出对策和建议,以供设计参考.
