两级多节点无线通信网络的设计及应用

     

摘要

针对一直困扰液压支架支护质量监测系统的通信问题,设计了两级无线网络的通信方式.一级网络通信设计了主从访问、自动组网、定向路由相结合的大功率远距离的无线通信方式;二级网络通信设计了定时发送、数据侦听、自动休眠、分频段、微功耗的无线通信方式,完成了多节点、多频段、多干扰、大数据的液压支架支护质量监测系统的通信设计.该通信网络在唐口煤矿6305工作面安装的液压支架支护质量监测系统中应用,井下应用效果良好.%Aiming at the communication problems in hydraulic support quality monitoring system,a communication mode of two-level wireless network was designed.In the level-one network communication,high power remote wireless communication mode was designed with master-slave access,self-organized network and directional routing;in the level-two network communication,micro-power wireless communication mode was designed with timing data transmitting,data interception,automatic dormancy,frequency-division,and the communication design of multi-node,multi-band,multi-interference big data support quality monitoring system was completed.The communication network was applied in the hydraulic support quality monitoring system in 6305 working face of Tangkou Coal Mine,favorable effect was achieved.
